Water Cooled Refrigeration Unit
Low temperature condensation "liquid" body through the evaporator, with the outside air for heat
exchange, "gas" of endothermic, to achieve the effect of cooling.
Evaporator mainly by the heating chamber and evaporation chamber composed of two parts. The heating
chamber provides the heat required for the evaporation of the liquid, causing the liquid to boil and
vaporize; the evaporation chamber separates the gas-liquid two phases completely.
The steam produced in the heating chamber is filled with a large amount of liquid foams, which are
separated from the vapor by means of self-agglomerating or demulsifiers. Usually the demister is located
at the top of the evaporation chamber.
Evaporator according to the operating pressure at atmospheric pressure, pressure and decompression 3
kinds.
According to the movement of the solution in the evaporator points are:
① cycle type. The boiling solution is heated several times in the heating chamber through a heated
surface, such as a central circulation tube, a hanging basket type, an external heat type, a column type,
and a forced circulation type.
② one-way type. The boiling solution is heated in the heating chamber at one time by heating the surface
without circulation, that is, discharging the concentrate, such as the rising film type, falling film type,
stirring film type and centrifugal film type.
③ direct contact type. The heating medium is in direct contact with the solution for heat transfer, such as
immersion combustion evaporator.
Evaporation device in the course of operation, to consume a lot of heating steam, in order to save the
heating steam, can be used multi-effect evaporation device and steam recompression evaporator.
