1, Summarizing the whole week production and delivery condition. For those happened problems, analyze the
reason for that and discuss for a solution. The most important thing is proposing the methods that prevent
thses problems from happening again.
2, Researching the diagram for the next purchase orders, especially for thoes parts need to be carefully
processed, R&D department will instruct the person in charge to pay more attentions while produce, so as to
avoid the probelm from source.
3, Discussing the Develop possibility of some new products.
