Full Liquid Type Refrigerating Unit Tube Heat Exchanger

 

Evaporator/Condenser

 

In the design, the shell is made of GB151 or TEMA-defined X-type structure (the tube bundle is supported

 

by a small number of supporting plates). The refrigerant inlet is equipped with a meaning liquid plate,

 

which is used to distribute the refrigerant passing the tube bundle evenly.

 

A certain amount of boiling space and gas-liquid separation of space, for some large full-liquid evaporator

 

in order to reduce the barrel diameter, leaving only a small amount of boiling space, while the upper part

 

of the evaporator is equipped with a gas-liquid separator (for the same reason), for R22 , R134a and

 

other HCFC refrigerants, in order to save copper, strengthen the tube heat transfer effect, often using

 

external enhanced efficient heat transfer tube.


With the development of efficient heat transfer technology, in the large air conditioning units, the heat

 

transfer coefficient outside the tube has been higher than the tube heat transfer coefficient, so the tube

 

has done a corresponding strengthening.
