Usually the seawater condenser is horizontal shell and tube, the condenser material is usually HAl77-2
aluminum brass, BFe10-1-1 (Cu90-Ni10), BFe30-1-1 (Cu70-Ni30) copper nickel alloy and Ti titanium Alloy
tube Condenser copper head material using ZCuAl9Mn2 bronze alloy, shell and tube can be used
according to different requirements 316L stainless steel or Q345 and 16MnR low carbon steel pipe, you
can also use titanium alloy composite materials.

Special Notes: Temperature sensing port is on the water inlet/outlet port, vent nozzle is on the top of the back channel and dewatering outlet is on the bottom. All the connection sizes can be custom-made. Flow switch port could be added on the water inlet/outlet port.
Pressure Design: Use steel pressure channel, normally the design pressure for the shell pass is 2.4MPa, the design pressure for the tube pass is 0.8 or 1.0MPa. For other special requirements, please contact the technical department.
