Evaporator for Screw Chiller

The refrigerants commonly used are R22, R134a, R407C, R410A and the like. Because the refrigerant

In the design, the shell side adopts the E-type structure (baffle type) specified by GB151 or TEMA. The

 

size of the baffle plate is 15% ~ 50% of the gap according to the physical properties of the refrigerant and

 

the flow rate. , The flow rate of the baffle notch is approximately equal to the flow rate of the refrigerant in

 

the transverse direction of the refrigerant. In order to ensure the heat transfer effect, the gap between the

 

baffle and the cylinder is smaller than or equal to GB151 or TEMA The minimum clearance, especially in

 

the case of low temperature, these gaps are particularly important, because in low temperature, the

 

refrigerant is generally high viscosity fluid, slow flow, thermal resistance is relatively increased, the gap

 

leakage is more obvious, so low temperature The case of the control of the gap must be more stringent.

 

The heat transfer tube adopts the internal strengthening and efficient heat transfer tube.

 

The inside of the heat transfer tube adopts the spiral groove type. Generally, there are 32 to 75 trenches,

 

which are mainly used to enhance the heat transfer effect inside the tube. But also do the corresponding

 

strengthening, the heat transfer tube according to the different refrigerant can be used copper T2, high
