Dry evaporator refrigerant in the heat transfer tube through the cold water in the efficient heat transfer

 

tube outside the run, so the heat exchanger heat transfer efficiency is relatively low, the heat transfer

 

coefficient is only about 2 times the heat pipe heat transfer coefficient, but The advantage is easy to

 

return to oil, control is relatively simple, and the refrigerant charge is about full liquid type unit charge

 

amount of about 1/2 ~ 1/3 or so.

 

① refrigerant has a number of processes, such as the end of the cover can not produce a good solution,

 

so that the liquid into the next process is not uniform distribution, affecting the heat transfer effect;

 

② There is a leakage problem on the water side. As the outer edge of the baffle and the shell are

 

generally 1 ~ 3mm gap, there is about 2mm gap between the heat transfer tube and the water leakage.

 

Practice has proved that water leakage will cause the water side heat transfer coefficient reduced by 20%

 

to 30%, the total heat transfer coefficient decreased by 5% to 15%.
